進階照顧管理
本課程旨在增進研究生對於個人、家庭到社區與特定族群的照顧管理能力。課程內容將涵蓋從個人到特定族群照顧管理的相關理論與重點，經由學習照顧管理領域常見理論，研究生能將理論與實務連結，實際應用於個案的照顧管理及未來研究。
The aim of this course is to establish and integrate students’ capability of implementing care management on diverse population, such as individual, family, community and other specific groups. Therefore, care management related theory across different populations will be discussed in class, and students would be able to utilize those theories in their practice and research.
