社區整合式照護
本課程目的是使學生獲得社區整合照護之整體念，應用理論與實務並重之教學導向，課程內容包含社區整合照護的趨勢、相關理論模式、理論於實務上應用之實證研究、社區評估與介入、社區整合式照護服務範圍等，經由學習該領域常見理論，研究生能將理論與實務連結，實際應用於實務照護及未來研究。
The purpose of this course is to enable graduate students to acquire the holistic concept of the integrated health care in community. Application of both theory and practice-oriented teaching method. The course content includes the trends of the care model of community integrated care, the related theories, empirical research on the practical application of the theory, community assessment and intervention, community integrated care service scope, etc. Therefore, community care related theory will be discussed in class, and students would be able to utilize those theories in their practice and research.
